Pure Media originally began as a video production company, but Brent quickly recognized a larger problem in the market: most small business owners weren’t struggling because of a lack of deliverables. They were struggling because their marketing lacked unified leadership and systems. Rather than continuing to offer isolated services, Brent led the company through a strategic pivot into a growth partner and full fractional marketing department model, combining executive-level strategy with coordinated execution.
